You provide the ridge tile cross-section drawings, samples, and photos, and our engineers will design the roller profile and adjust the forming passes to adapt to roofs of different spans. If you need to modify the pattern later, we can also customize a separate mold-changing roller set, without replacing the entire machine, thus controlling procurement costs.
Q8: What thickness of sheet material can the equipment process? Can it process color-coated steel coils, galvanized steel coils, and aluminum coils?
Reply: The standard model is compatible with 0.3–1.2mm thick color-coated steel sheets, galvanized steel coils, and aluminum coils; the thicker model can be customized to process sheets up to 1.5mm thick.
