I. Quality & Forming Precision Concerns
Q1: Will the ridge tiles formed by your equipment have large dimensional deviations, be prone to misalignment, or have irregular bends?
Reply: The equipment adopts a multi-stage progressive forming roller design, with the rollers undergoing overall heat treatment and wear resistance; the finished product error is ≤5mm, effectively preventing steel strip misalignment. Before shipment, the entire machine undergoes continuous testing for over 4 hours, and real-shot videos of the finished product and dimensional inspection data are sent with the shipment to ensure consistency in ridge tile curvature and opening dimensions, seamlessly matching your existing roof panel design.
Q2: Rollers and cutting dies are prone to wear, and frequent replacement of parts later will be too costly. What should we do?
Reply: The forming rollers are made of precision-machined steel with a polished surface, and their service life under normal mass production can reach 8-10 years; the cutting dies are made of wear-resistant alloy material. During the warranty period, non-human-caused damage to vulnerable parts can be replaced at a discounted price. We also provide spare parts at factory prices on a long-term basis, without exorbitant price increases.
II. Overseas After-Sales Service & Installation & Commissioning Concerns
Q3: What if no one comes to install and commission the equipment after it arrives in my country, and the workers don't know how to operate it?
Answer: We provide a complete set of English installation manuals, wiring diagrams, and step-by-step high-definition videos for commissioning free of charge; we offer 24/7 remote video guidance with time zone compatibility, providing step-by-step online guidance for wiring, machine commissioning, and trial production; If our technicians need to travel overseas for on-site installation and commissioning, the itinerary can be discussed in advance, covering only round-trip airfare and accommodation, with a reasonable labor service fee; We also provide free training for 1-2 operators, enabling them to independently complete daily commissioning and simple troubleshooting later.
Q4: What if the equipment malfunctions, and after-sales response is slow, or the parts replacement cycle is too long, delaying production?
Answer: The entire machine has a 36-month warranty; online issues are generally responded to and solutions provided within 1 hour. Commonly used consumable parts are kept in stock, and international express delivery is available within 7-15 days after order confirmation; for emergency malfunctions, PLC parameters and circuit problems can be checked remotely online, significantly reducing downtime.
III. Voltage, Electrical Compliance & Customs Clearance Certification Concerns
Q5: Your equipment voltage is incompatible with the industrial voltage in my country. Can it be adapted?
Reply: We can customize equipment to adapt to various voltages: Europe 380V/50Hz, Southeast Asia 415V/50Hz, America 220V/60Hz, etc. The incoming power distribution cabinet, frequency converter, and motors are all configured according to your local voltage. Power-on testing is completed before shipment, and you can connect and start production immediately upon receipt.
Q6: Does the equipment have a CE certificate for export? Are the customs clearance documents in the destination country complete? Will it be detained by customs?
Reply: The equipment has formal CE safety certification and can provide a complete set of customs clearance documents, including CE certificate, pro forma invoice, packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, and product manual. Wooden crates are used, and fumigation exemption certificates can be provided to avoid customs detention due to wooden packaging. We can also assist you in verifying the equipment's HS code and declaration elements to avoid the risk of classification errors.
IV. Customization & Raw Material Compatibility
Q7: I need ridge tiles with a special curvature/width. Can you customize the mold?
Reply: We support full customization. You provide the ridge tile cross-section drawings, samples, and photos, and our engineers will design the roller profile and adjust the forming passes to adapt to roofs of different spans. If you need to modify the pattern later, we can also customize a separate mold-changing roller set, without replacing the entire machine, thus controlling procurement costs.
Q8: What thickness of sheet material can the equipment process? Can it process color-coated steel coils, galvanized steel coils, and aluminum coils?
Reply: The standard model is compatible with 0.3–1.2mm thick color-coated steel sheets, galvanized steel coils, and aluminum coils; the thicker model can be customized to process sheets up to 1.5mm thick. We adjust the forming gap and forming speed for different materials to prevent bulging and scratching of the sheet surface.
V. Logistics, Delivery Time & Payment Terms Concerns
Q9: How long is the production cycle? How long does it take to ship to my country, and is the packaging secure?
Reply: The production cycle for standard models is 35 working days, and for customized models, it is 45 working days. The entire equipment is wrapped in a waterproof membrane, with vulnerable components protected by wooden crates and a channel steel base for protection against damage during sea transport. We can calculate FOB, CFR, and CIF freight rates, and track the entire process of booking, container loading, and logistics, providing copies of the bill of lading simultaneously.
Q10: Is the payment method secure? Can I use a letter of credit (L/C)?
Reply: Standard payment method: 30% prepayment for production scheduling, with the balance due before shipment; we also support various foreign trade settlement methods such as irrevocable letters of credit (L/C) at sight and T/T. We can negotiate payment terms according to your company's financial requirements and sign a formal export contract to protect the rights and interests of both parties.
